What kind of Dance moves in Kpop X Fitness?
Modern fitness dance moves, don’t worry about unable to do body isolation moves cause ours are 95% creative arms-and-legs moves! First-timers, beginners love us! With options given to modify intensity -high, moderate or low. Everyone can do! With hundred of fitness dance choreographies, we now have all kind of varieties- dancey, combat, hip hop, kickbox, aerobics, you can request for certain styles if you are looking to engage an instructor to be in your event/staff workout e.g more male crowds-let’ go for combat and aerobics, etc. Usually in those weekly class in studio/gym, trainers will choose the songs (mixed) for his /her class.

KICKBOXING 143 BASIC (NEW)
Suitable for beginners, corporate events, one time event.
The trainer will start with some explanation on Kickboxing aerobics moves and explained that each segment is divided to 3 different levels (or parts), mainly Level 1) warm up with basic Kickboxing Moves Level 2) Combining moves (Combo) Level 3) Fixed Kickboxing choreographies (music). Interaction games may be added into level 3 too especially good for team bonding. Music : English and K-Pop combined.
The program is fun and encourages first-timers to master fitness elements and for those who are familiar with kickboxing, this will be a good revision and great team bonding session.
FAMILYBOND 143 WORKOUT (NEW)
This workout focuses on offering options and a mix of low and high impact, high intensity and simplified moves and allow for kids and parents to have fun together while exercising in this 50min workout session. One session of workout is 50min and there is a short water break after song 7. Trainers can teach some steps after the water break and then continue with another 5 to 6 songs.
Trainers can also give more breaks and teach more steps throughout the session if needs arise. Example.
