Emotional Intelligent (EQ)
is very important for success at work -all kinds of work or career!  Even success in love, family.  It's the ability to express your emotions, especially negative ones well without burning bridges and keeping future doors open. 

Sadly Many Singaporeans are very focused in studying in schools and unless you have very good upbringing, many of us only have to learn EQ after working in society.

People who have low EQ are not good to work with and lesser like at work. More troubles in their love life etc.

Please work more on your EQs , here are two videos to bring more awareness. May Singapore schools start to teach more EQ and entrepreneurship to students so they are wise and smart at work.  Thank you.
