Tell her - We can do this format - 

Tell class, u are breaking into 3 segments - aerobics (easy to do)  kickboxing Kpop and last segment dancey.
1. explain steps, options, safety, do it own pace 5- 10 min - follow by  aerobic segment
2. water break  5- 8 min - explain technique , steps (introduce punch and kicks segment)
3. water break  5- 8 min - explain steps (introduce this is dancey segment)

ending - u can tell them to feedback which segment they like.
